1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Spark – The Couples Game (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Service is intended for adults. By accessing the After Dark or any premium connection categories, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found to be under the legal age.

3. Nature of the Service

Spark is a digital platform providing connection prompts and interactive content. All "Full Access" or "After Dark" purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Intellectual Property

All prompts, designs, code, and "Vibe" categories are the exclusive intellectual property of Spark – The Couples Game. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any part of our library without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability: "The Glow of the Spark"

Spark is a tool designed to facilitate connection. We are not responsible for the emotional or relational outcomes of your conversations. Users are encouraged to move through categories at their own pace and comfort level. Our "Vibe Pill" feature is provided specifically to allow users to regulate the intensity of their experience.

6. Privacy and Sacred Dialogue

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we do not store the content of your dialogues. Your security is maintained through your email key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to update our library of over 1,000 prompts, modify "Vibe" categories, or adjust the Service to improve user experience without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Scotland.
