Our Privacy Philosophy: Your Vulnerabilities are Sacred
At Spark, we believe that the most profound connections happen in a space of absolute safety. Unlike traditional apps, we have built Spark with a "Privacy First" architecture. We do not store, track, or transmit the content of your dialogues. What is said in the glow of the Spark remains entirely between the two of you. We use your personal information solely to facilitate your premium access and ensure a seamless, repeat-free experience.
1. Personal Information We Collect
To provide the Services, we collect or process the following:
Contact Details: Your email address is used solely as a secure key to verify your Full Access or After Dark subscription and to preserve your progress through our library of over 1,000 prompts.
Financial Information: Payment card information and transaction details are processed via Shopify Payments. We do not store your full credit card details on our own servers.
Account Information: Your username, password, and app preferences.
Device Information: Basic IP and browser info required by Shopify to prevent fraud and ensure secure logins.
2. What We Never Collect
Dialogue Content: We do not record, store, or have access to your answers, your voice, or the specific details of your conversations.
Usage Inferences: We do not track your location or sell your usage habits to third-party advertisers.
3. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. They provide the platform that allows us to sell our Services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage and databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. For more details, you may also want to read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
4. Children's Data
The Services are not intended for children. Given the nature of our After Dark content, users must be of the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
5. Your Rights (UK and EEA)
As a resident of the UK or EEA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us at the details below.
