Digital Delivery

Spark – The Couples Game is a purely digital experience. No physical goods will be shipped to your address.

1. Delivery Timeline

Access to your purchased collection (Full Access or After Dark) is granted immediately upon successful payment. You will receive an automated "Digital Key" via the email address provided at checkout.

2. Accessing Your Collection

Once your payment is confirmed, you can unlock your premium categories by logging into the Spark app with your verified email address.

3. Delivery Fees

There are no shipping or delivery fees associated with any Spark purchase.

4. Technical Assistance

If you do not receive your confirmation email or encounter difficulty accessing your content within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us for immediate support.
