Our Digital Guarantee

Because Spark provides immediate access to digital content and intellectual property, our refund policy differs from stores selling physical goods. Once a "Full Access" or "After Dark" collection has been unlocked, the digital nature of the product means it cannot be "returned."

1. Digital Goods Policy

All sales of digital subscriptions and one-time "Full Access" keys are considered final. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or for prompts that may feel too intense or too light for your current relationship stage. 

2. Technical Issues

Your experience is our priority. If you encounter a technical barrier, such as a failure to unlock content after payment or a persistent login error, please contact us

If we are unable to resolve a verified technical fault that prevents you from accessing your purchased content within 7 business days, a full refund will be issued.

3. Subscription Cancellations

If you have opted for a recurring subscription model, you may cancel at any time via your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

4. How to Request Assistance

To report a technical issue or request a review of your account, please email us with your Order Number and a description of the difficulty you are facing.
